You will need to re-register as a new user for Easy Pay, or you will be able to make a one-time transaction when making a payment with a debit card or ACH transfer from another institution.
You will be asked to provide the following information for the primary member on the account:
Your base account number and loan ID number can both be found in Online Banking. Your base account number is typically six (6) digits (but could be 4-8 digits) and never starts with a zero. If you have trouble locating your base account number and loan ID number, please send a secure message in Online Banking (preferred) or contact us.
