Our new Online Banking & App platform is live! We want to make sure you have what you need to register your new account.

WHERE TO REGISTER: You can now register from any device!

HOW TO REGISTER: Even if you used our Online Banking & App prior to our launch of the new platform yesterday, you must re-register on the new platform. To register for the new Online Banking platform, you will be asked to provide your first name, last name, date of birth, Social Security number, and the base account number of your preferred American 1 account. 

BASE ACCOUNT NUMBER: Your base account number is typically 6 digits (but could be 4-8 digits) and never starts with a zero. Please click here to view examples of where to find your base account number (how your account number is displayed may differ depending on where you find it). 

MULTI-STEP AUTHENTICATION: Due to the new security enhancements, you will be required to go through multi-step authentication by email or text message. The PIN code used to authenticate your registration will be sent to the phone number or email address we currently have on file for you. We are finding that codes sent by text are taking up to one hour to receive. If you have the option to send to email, please choose that option. You may also need to check your spam folder if you send by email.  

PASSWORD/USERNAME REQUIREMENTS: Your new username must be 8-32 characters and your password must be 12-32 characters. Both your username and password will need to include at least one capital letter, one number, and one special character. 

SUPPORTED BROWSERS: We have determined that our Online Banking will no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer due to potential security weaknesses. This means that if you use Internet Explorer, you will need to download and use a different web browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to access Online Banking in the future. Download another browser by using the links below:
