By consenting, you authorize American 1 Credit Union to electronically send periodic statements, Membership Agreements, account opening disclosures, change-in-terms notices, billing rights and error resolution notices, privacy notices, certificate maturity notices, tax documents, marketing materials, and any other regulatory disclosures and communications that we are required to provide related to your accounts, loans, products, or services. You understand and agree that your consent will result in your receipt of periodic statements electronically as well as other disclosures required by law, notices, tax documents, amendments to the Membership Agreement, other agreements, or disclosures, and promotional materials sent from American 1 Credit Union.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive your documents electronically at any time within online banking or your mobile app or by contacting us at 888-213-2848. If you want to receive a paper copy of your documents, while you are signed up for electronic documents, you may call the Contact Center at 888-213-2848. We may charge a fee related to providing you a paper copy of your documents received electronically. Please see our current fee schedule for the amount you may be charged.
You will have the ability to save or print the electronic documents for your own records. You must keep your email address up-to-date and you agree that you may update your email address within online banking at any time. To go paperless, log in to your online or mobile banking to accept the terms and conditions and to agree to receive all documents sent to you by American 1 Credit Union to be in electronic format as allowed by law.
