My True Savings Goal: A kayak boat launch
I was so excited when I heard about American 1 helping me find ways to save. I have always been okay with budgeting, but I have never taken the time to budget for something that isn’t a necessity. So I am taking this time to open a True Savings for something I wouldn’t normally budget for – a kayak boat launch.
Although my goal is a little high, I have made a commitment to myself to work towards this achievement. I have money automatically transferred into the account from my paycheck, so I never even see it. I love the emails that I get weekly telling me how I am doing and my percent to goal It is rewarding to see it go up every week and it’s especially exciting when my percent to goal is higher than the previous week. Then as a bonus, you get these great tips on things you can do to save money. I just love my True Savings account and can’t wait until the day I am able to make that big withdrawal and purchase my kayak boat launch.
