American 1 Credit Union is pleased to announce their Spring Arbor Branch is now open at 6580 Spring Arbor Rd., Jackson, Michigan. The new building is the 15th American 1 branch and the seventh location in Jackson County.

“We are deeply invested in the Spring Arbor community,” said Martha Fuerstenau, American 1 Credit Union's CEO and President. “Earlier this year we made $250,000 gift to renovate the McDonald Athletic Center at Spring Arbor University, demonstrating our commitment to Spring Arbor. We are honored to be part of this great community.”

The Spring Arbor Branch lobby is open from 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday, which are standard hours at most American 1 branches. The drive-thru will be open 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 7 pm on Fridays, and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday. The branch features teller stations, member service areas, drive-thru lanes, and two convenient no-fee ATMs.

Spring Arbor Branch Manager Keleigh Thibodeau said, “I can’t wait to work with the Spring Arbor community. I look forward to seeing current American 1 members as well as welcoming new members to the credit union. My team is here to serve all members and we are eager to assist them with their everyday banking needs.”

Following the opening of the Michigan Center branch early this year, American 1 Credit Union is continuing its growth in Michigan communities. American 1 is proud to serve the members of their communities with everyday banking services in a local, personal setting.

Established in 1950, American 1 Credit Union today serves over 58,000 members with branches in Jackson, Washtenaw, Hillsdale, Calhoun, Lenawee, and Wayne counties.
