American 1 Credit Union is pleased to offer members a brand new online banking platform. American 1 worked with developers for several months to create a user-friendly, yet powerful system that gives members more information, features and options at their fingertips.
Our member experience is the most important to American 1 and that’s why if you’ve previously enrolled in Bill Pay, all of your information will carry over. All of your transaction history will be available, and access to your e-statements, checks and receipts will remain familiar too. We’ve worked to make the online banking platform robust with upgrades in four key areas: security, design, communication and account interactivity.
Security features include stronger password requirements, required security questions, image and phrase, an automated password reset and an event log to track Online Banking activity. Design changes include, new menus for easy navigation, easy to read screens and text, graphs and charts to track saving and spending and drag and drop functionality to personalize account layout. A secure messaging system and customizable account alerts are new communication features. While member accounts will now feature searchable transactions, personalized account names, a pending transactions and recent transactions view, an export to Excel function, and the ability to create notes or upload files or images to transactions.
To go along with the new online banking system is a brand new mobile application that is under development with an expected release in the Fall of 2016.
